India's fab and ATMP build-out in Gujarat (Dholera, Sanand) and global tool OEMs need corrosion-resistant, fully traceable seamless tubing from the sub-fab up to the tool. Stancor supplies stainless, duplex, nickel alloy and titanium tubes for cooling water, bulk gas, wet-chemical, exhaust and UHP gas systems.

Wet Chemistry & Exhaust
Wet-bench and chemical distribution for HF, H2SO4, HNO3, H3PO4 and mixed acids; acid, ammonia and solvent exhaust and scrubber systems.
Grades: Hastelloy C-22, Hastelloy C-276, Titanium Grade 2, Monel 400 (HF service)
Standards: ASTM B622, B338, B165
UHP Gas Distribution
316L VAR controlled-sulphur tubing, electropolished to Ra 0.25 µm (SEMI F19), helium leak-tested, N2-purged, capped and double-bagged for cleanroom entry.
Grades: SS 316L UHP (VAR), Hastelloy C-22 for corrosive gases
Electropolishing is currently performed by our qualified EP partners under Stancor quality supervision. An in-house electropolishing line is on our investment roadmap.

Titanium must not be used in hydrofluoric acid service. Final grade selection is subject to your process chemistry, temperature and concentration - share the spec and our metallurgists will confirm.

Frequently asked questions
Do you supply SEMI F20 type 316L UHP tubing?
Yes. We supply VAR / VIM-VAR 316L controlled-sulphur tubing that is electropolished, helium leak-tested and cleanroom packaged by our qualified EP partners, with full chemistry, inclusion and Ra documentation. An in-house electropolishing line is planned.
Which alloy should I use for hydrofluoric acid (HF) lines?
Monel 400 is the standard for HF and fluorine-bearing service. Titanium must not be used in HF. For mixed HF / HNO3 etch chemistries, Hastelloy C-22 is usually specified.
What finish is required for process cooling water piping?
Bright-annealed 304L or 316L seamless pipe to ASTM A312 / A269 is standard for PCW and chilled-water headers; electropolishing is not required unless the loop feeds tool-side UPW.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Small project lots are available for instrumentation and gas-line tubing. For sub-fab headers we quote per BOQ, with mill-run pricing from roughly one tonne per size.
