A C&I rooftop competes against your commercial tariff, not against a wholesale price, which is why the economics are usually far better than a utility plant — you are displacing power at ₹7-11 per unit rather than selling it at ₹2.50. The constraint is the roof. We survey the structure for the additional dead and wind load before we size anything, because a sheet roof that cannot take 15 kg/m² decides the project. We work in capex, OPEX and RESCO structures, handle the net or gross metering application with the DISCOM, and design around your actual load curve so generation is consumed rather than exported at a lower rate.
