Floating Solar EPC — Manufacturer & Supplier
Reservoirs, lagoons and process ponds — higher yield, no land acquisition.
Floating solar solves two problems at once: it needs no land, and the water keeps the modules 5-10 °C cooler, which returns 5-10% more energy from the same nameplate because module output falls roughly 0.35% for every degree above 25 °C. Evaporation loss from the water body drops as well. It is also less forgiving. Anchoring and mooring have to be engineered for the reservoir's drawdown range and wind fetch, HDPE floats must be UV stabilised for 25 years, and cable management has to tolerate constant movement. We design the mooring for the measured water level variation, not a nominal figure.
Manufactured under the Stancor Solar Power brand by Stancor Solar Power.
