Module Mounting Structures — Manufacturer & Supplier
Hot-dip galvanised structures engineered in-house to the site's actual wind zone.
The structure is where cheap solar projects fail. Modules carry 25-year warranties; an under-designed structure corrodes or deforms in seven, and every module on it comes off with it. India's wind zones run from 33 to 55 m/s and a structure designed for Zone 2 does not survive Zone 5 — yet the same drawing gets reused across the country. Steel has been the group's business since 1975, so we design and fabricate our own: galvanised to IS 4759 with 80 microns minimum coating, designed to IS 875 Part 3 for the specific site, with fasteners in stainless rather than plated carbon steel.
Manufactured under the Stancor Solar Power brand by Stancor Solar Power.
