Utility-scale work is a schedule business. The tariff is fixed the day the PPA is signed, so every week of delay is revenue that never arrives, and the grid connection is usually the critical path rather than the modules. We take the project from land and resource assessment through yield simulation, DPR, detailed engineering, procurement, civil and structural works, HV switchyard, evacuation and CEA-compliant grid connection. Single-axis trackers add 12-18% annual yield at roughly 8-10% more capex, which pays back in most of India but not everywhere — we model it rather than assume it.
